Make Calls on Behalf of the Client: Billing Issues
1. Payment: 15 CAD + 5 CAD
2. There might be long calls with negotiation and disputes that ends in 3 ways (good, bad and neutral)
3.. Take responsibility of the call to the company whose bill is under dispute.
A. If the calls ends in a reduction of the bill more than 25 CAD, client must pay another 5 CAD.
B. If call ends in no change while bill dispute is less than 100 CAD , or a reduction of less than 25 CAD, then no additional fee
C. If client did a mistake that increased the bill to more than 100 CAD, and after dispute the bill is not reduced, we give back 5 CAD from the payment received
